Aluminium Foil Heaters

Description
In these heaters PVC wire heater is melted onto a single aluminium foil or sandwitched between two aluminium foils. Its back has doubled sided tissue tape so that it can be coneniently fixed on any surface. These heaters are very useful for lalow temperature heating requirements to a maximum level 80 deg C. These heaters can be made in different shape and sizes, has good flexibilty, excellent insulation resistance, portable, convenient to handle, lowe price.

Aluminium Tube Heaters

Description
In these heater silicon wire heater is put into a aluminium tube and ends are sealed with silicon caps. it has a good water proofing and conduction heating performance for middle temperature range upto 150-200deg C with power density upto 40 watts / m. These heaters can be shaped as per the requirement in different applications.

Application

Heat Tracing Cables & Wires

Description
In these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound around a fiber core or stranded and then wrapped with PTFE or 105 deg PVC or silicon rubber and than braided with copper or steel for providing mechanical strength. These heaters are very useful for temperature requirements of 80 to 200 deg C. With different combinations of construction of resistance wire, material of insulation and braiding material heaters can be made for wide range of applications from domestic to industrial uses.

Application
Floor Heater for cozy and uniform heating in room when installed under the floor or under the carpet.

Bimetal Thermostats

Description
These are small sized bimetal thermostats having snap action disc with switchingmechanismfor single pole single through connection. snap action disc undergoes a change after sensing the temperature and changes the contact position. these thermostats are available in three types of construction.

1. Bare, covered with aluminium cap onle.
2.After alumionium cap it is pouched in a PVC tube enclosure.
3.Potted in epoxy resin.
These thermostats are availablein normally open as well closed position nad charges over for either increase or decrease in temperature. Differential temperature in open and close position can be from 10 to 70 deg C. These thermostats are also available with temperature fuse assembly.

Application
These bimetal thermostats are use in frost free/no frost refrigeratorsfor actuating the defrost system.
For controlling temperatureof wide range of appliances.

Thermal Fuse Assemblies

Description
These are thermal protectors for one time use. Fuse element is pouched in a PVC tube. The fuse blows off when the undesired temperature is reached. These are used as safety device in appliances.

Application
These are widely used as one time bow off safety device in appliances. Once the temperature reaches a undesired level this fuse blows off and makes the electrical circuit open.
