Description
Defrosting Heaters of different kind depending upon the application, temperature required, power density, construction etc.

Starting from low temperature & low power density are PVC wire heaters and Aluminum Foil heaters where temperature range from - 25 to 80 deg. C with power density of 8-10watts/m. Middle Temperature range heaters are silicon wire & Aluminium tube heaters with temperature range from 40 to 150 deg C & power density of 30-40watts/m.High Temperature range heaters are radiant / quartz / glass tube heaters with temperature range of 100 To 800 deg C & Power Density of 500 to 800 watts/m

Application
These Heaters are widely used for defrosting in refrigerators, deep freezers, ice cabinets etc.
These are also used in other home appliances for heating and disinfecting applications.

Radiant / Quartz Tube Heaters

Description
In these Heaters resistance wire is spirally wound and endosed in a quartz tube. Ends of the element are connected to a lead wire passing through end sealing caps. These heaters possess the infr red radiation fiunction and has a high conversion efficiency / low heat retention. They can heat up very fast and can attain high temperatures to the range of 500 to 600 deg C only in few minutes. In nut shell these are low thermal interia, high temperature, corrosion resistive, steady thermo-chemistry, long service good insulation, pollution free heaters.

These heaters are also made with quartz tube havingdeodorizing catalyst coating. De-odorizing coating absorbs the foul smelling gases and convert them into non - odorous gases. Absorption capacity of heater is re-generated periodically during every heating cycle.

PVC Wire Heaters

Description
In these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound around a fiber core and enwrapped with high temperature resistance ( 105 deg C ) PVC insulation. These Heaters are very useful for low temperature heating requirements to a maximum level of 8-10 watts/m or temperature of -25 to 80deg C. Resistance wire is not exposed to air so no oxidation, long service life. Good flexibility, excellent insulation resistance are other salient features of these heaters.

Application
These Heaters are widely used for defrosting in refrigerators, deep freezers, ice cabinets etc.
Heat Presevation and freezing resistance in thermal pads, thermal blankets, pipes etc.
Defrosting, dehumdification and heating in air conditioning machines/compressor, photocopiers & other applications.

Silicon Wire Heaters

Description
In these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound around a fiber core and enwrapped with electrical grade soft silicon rubber insulation. As the silicon insulation has high temp resistance these heaters provide a good temperature working range from - 40 to 150 deg C with Power density upto 40 watts/m. Being highly flexible, high temp resistance, good insulation resistance these heaters find wide application range of home appliances, medical treatment, health protection, cosmetology equipment etc. Since silicon insulation does not catches fire, it extinguishes fire by itself these heaters will not smoke or exit poison gas and can be used where strict fire proofing is required.

Application
These Heaters are widely used of home appliance for temperature requirement of 40 to 150 deg C as for defrosting in refrigerators/air conditioners, electrical cooker, towel heaters, electro thermal chair, doth racks, desks.
Heat Presevation and freezing resistance in medical treatment like thermal pads, thermal blankets, thermal blankets, thermal waist bands, galvanotherapyformet.
Defrosting and heating in air conditioning machines/compressor, pipes cans etc.
